Terms of Service

These terms apply to subscriptions purchased from VERMINION DIGITAL LLC through this website. By subscribing you accept them.

What we provide

We create original artistic images generated with AI from the description and options you submit. Deliverables: Up to 50 high-resolution AI-generated images per month, downloadable from your account. Images per monthly billing cycle: 50.

Images are artistic interpretations. They are not photographs, historical records, or official material of any church or religious organization, and we make no promise of spiritual, health, emotional or financial outcomes.

Your responsibilities

• No illegal content or content that promotes illegal activity.
• No hateful, harassing, or demeaning content toward any person or group.
• No sexual, nude, or suggestive content of any kind.
• No exploitative content, and no minors in sensitive, intimate, or distressing contexts.
• No deceptive use: nothing presented as a real photograph, historical record, news, or official religious material.
• No infringing content: do not request copyrighted characters, logos, or another artist's protected work.
• No prompts naming or depicting an identifiable living person without their permission.
• You confirm you have permission from any identifiable person you describe.

We may decline an image request that conflicts with these rules and will tell you by email.

Price and payment

Price: $25.00 USD / month, billed monthly in advance until you cancel. Tax: Price shown in USD. Any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. The amount charged is calculated on our servers. Payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not receive or store card data.

Delivery

Delivery method: Download from the My images page in your account. Delivery time: Usually within a few minutes of each request; no later than 24 hours.

Subscription & Cancellation

• Renewal: your subscription costs $25.00 USD / month and renews automatically each month on the same day you subscribed. Your card is charged $25.00 USD at each renewal until you cancel. Each paid month gives you up to 50 images; unused images do not roll over.
• How to cancel: sign in, open Account and choose "Manage subscription", or email suporte@verminion.digital. You can cancel anytime.
• After you cancel: no further charges are made. You keep access and any remaining images until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, new images are paused and our payment processor retries the charge. You can update your card under "Manage subscription". If payment is not recovered, the subscription ends.

Refunds

You can cancel anytime. Request a full refund within 7 days of any charge by emailing suporte@verminion.digital. See the Refund Policy page for details.
