You can cancel anytime. Request a full refund within 7 days of any charge by emailing suporte@verminion.digital.

What this product is

A monthly subscription to create personalized digital images from your own descriptions. Delivery is digital: Usually within a few minutes of each request; no later than 24 hours.

Subscription & Cancellation

• Renewal: your subscription costs $25.00 USD / month and renews automatically each month on the same day you subscribed. Your card is charged $25.00 USD at each renewal until you cancel. Each paid month gives you up to 50 images; unused images do not roll over.
• How to cancel: sign in, open Account and choose "Manage subscription", or email suporte@verminion.digital. You can cancel anytime.
• After you cancel: no further charges are made. You keep access and any remaining images until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, new images are paused and our payment processor retries the charge. You can update your card under "Manage subscription". If payment is not recovered, the subscription ends.

How to request a refund

Email suporte@verminion.digital with the email address on your account and a short description of the problem. We reply by email.

Technical problems

If your images are not delivered within 24 hours, or a file has a technical defect, we will redo them or refund you. Broken download links are re-sent at no cost.
