This page explains what VERMINION DIGITAL LLC collects when you use this website and why.

What we collect

• Your account email address and password (stored securely as a hash by our authentication system).
• The description (prompt) and options you submit for your artwork.
• The artwork generated for your order.
• Subscription details (status, renewal date and monthly image usage) received from our payment processor.
• Payment data, which is collected and processed by our payment processor. We never see or store card numbers.

Why we collect it

Only to provide your account and subscription, create and deliver your images, to answer support requests, and to keep basic records of transactions.

AI processing

Your prompt, selected options are sent to KIE AI (kie.ai) solely to generate your images. That content is processed under KIE AI's own terms and privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.

Retention and deletion

Generated images are kept for 30 days so you can download them, and are then deleted. You can ask us to delete your prompts and generated files by emailing suporte@verminion.digital from your account email.

Analytics

We do not send prompts or generated images to analytics tools. Any usage measurement is limited to non-sensitive page activity.
