Delivery method
Images are delivered digitally in your account: sign in and open My images to download them. Nothing is shipped physically.
Timing
Delivery time per image request: Usually within a few minutes of each request; no later than 24 hours. Image requests are available only while your subscription is active and confirmed by our payment processor.
Files
Available formats: PNG, JPG. Available aspect ratios: 1:1, 4:5, 9:16. Package contents: Up to 50 high-resolution AI-generated images per month, downloadable from your account.
If an image does not arrive
If an image does not appear in My images within 24 hours, email suporte@verminion.digitalfrom your account email and we will redo it or restore the image to your allowance.
Availability
Your files stay available for download for 30 days after delivery, then they are deleted.
